You will also find a small dining table with seating for up to four people. This is the perfect space to entertain! There is also a half bathroom on this level for your convenience.
On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, both featuring queen sized beds. There is a jack and Jill bathroom in between the two bedrooms that features a shower/tub combo and vanity. There is a porch off of each bedroom as well to enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather! The laundry room is also located on this level which features a full size washer/dryer.
On the third floor is the large master suite. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and Smart TV. There are two large closets with plenty of storage and a beautiful en suite bathroom. This bedroom also includes a dedicated work space. With its own private top floor balcony, this is the perfect space to relax.
Parking for two cars is provided behind the home.
In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $500 upon signing the lease agreement.

The Neighborhood - Radcliffborough
Radcliffborough is a residential neighborhood with a lively dining scene on Upper King Street, offering Italian eateries, upscale American grills, and homey seafood restaurants. The surrounding streets are a buzz with hip cocktail bars and taverns, popular with local MUSC medical students and young professionals. The 19th-century Cathedral of St. Luke and St. Paul are home to choral recitals.
Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
