Generally, approval is given only for small, non-aggressive breeds. The evaluation considers tenant safety, comfort, and the preservation of the property.</li><li>Animals considered large, aggressive, or those that may pose a risk to safety, health, or property integrity should not be approved.</li><li>Tenants or prospective tenants must submit an Animal Application Form (available upon request), which includes: A detailed description of the animal (breed, size, age, etc.), certified veterinary records demonstrating up-to-date vaccinations, and proof of liability insurance covering potential damages or injuries caused by the animal.</li><li>Threatt Rentals adheres to the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as relevant South Carolina laws regarding service animals.</li><li><i><strong>NOTE.
