Unfortunately there was an accident and a car ran into the porch so there will no longer be a porch on the house. We are going to be redoing the siding in front of the house and move the steps to the front door. Don't worry there is another way in on the side of the house.

The living room and dining room are right when you enter the house. There are two bedroom on the main floor both have closets. The kitchen is on the main floor, and there is a bathroom on the main floor. The second floor has 3 bedrooms all with a closest. There is a large bathroom on the second floor.

Large backyard

We allow pets with a $750 pet deposit and $25 added onto the monthly rent per animal.

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.

Our Renting Process:

3. You can ask any questions, and set up a time to view.
4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee.
5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied)
6. Sign a Lease
7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours
8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
