Welcome to this fresh and clean, 5 bedroom/ 2.5 bath house with a spacious fenced in yard. This easy layout provides tons of arrangement options. Tenants are responsible for electric and trash utilities. Water bill is paid to the Landlord.

As part of Summit Blue Homes, this house has been thoroughly inspected and cleaned. We are a local family-owned company serious about restoring and providing safe, quality rentals. 

All Income must be from a verifiable source and 3 X’s the rent in take-home, net pay. Bank statements are required to verify your pay stubs via direct deposit. We do require extensive background and credit check. All fees are upfront and transparent - $42  background check fee per adult.

Animal residents such as small dogs and cats under 40 lbs. may apply along with their humans. Please understand, we love all animals but our insurance requires non-aggressive breeds. Additional Fees and Requirements Apply, please see our website for details. 

If you love the house and are approved we will hold the home for you for 24 hours. First months Rent or Prorated Rent to include security deposit is due immediately. 

The base security deposit will be equal to one month’s rent. You may be asked to provide additional proof of financial responsibility depending on your credit score. This could include a co-signer, savings account, or an additional security deposit. If you are rebuilding your credit, please just be honest and we are willing to work with you to still qualify.
