All Income must be from a verifiable source and 3 X’s the rent in take-home, net pay. Bank statements are required to verify your pay stubs via direct deposit. We do require extensive background and credit check. All fees are upfront and transparent - $50 application fee as well as a $36 background check fee per adult (2- adults maximum in the unit)

The base security deposit will be equal to one month’s rent. You may be asked to provide additional proof of financial responsibility depending on your credit score. This could include a co-signer, savings account, or an additional security deposit. If you are rebuilding your credit, please just be honest as we are willing to work with you to still qualify.
