There is a $60 per month utility reimbursement fee which includes water, sewer, and trash service. Pets considered on a case by case basis. If approved, there is a $300 non refundable pet fee and $25/month pet rent.

2.5x the rent for income
Deposit equal to rent, with approved application a deposit holds the property for 10 days.
All occupants 18 and over must apply.
Application fee is $55.
Housing vouchers not accepted.
No evictions, bankruptcies, or repossessions in last 5 years.
No landlord or utility collections.
Landlord references will be verified.
Tenant responsible for electric service.
