Walk downtown in 10 minutes!

Just south of Ladybird in 78704, you can be downtown in minutes and not even have to worry about finding parking when you get there! If you do have a car, there is a reserved parking space for you here.

The building is nestled in large old-growth trees and your room has a large private balcony among the treetops. It’s very serene; you have to see it!

Complex has a pool and hot tub and I have a full gym setup inside the unit! If you love working out, there’s nothing better than finishing your workout without even leaving the living room.

Some other perks: your room has its own private bathroom with shower, there is an in-unit washer and dryer, an outdoor office on the front porch with a desk, large 4k projector in the living room for you to use for movies or video games.

I enjoy cooking fresh vegan meals and am always happy to share! I maintain a large hydroponic salad garden that always has fresh lettuce, kale and other vegetables and herbs that you’re welcome to use any time you want.
