Single room available on January 1st, 2025 in a 1500 square foot guys housing unit in American Fork. 

The rooms and the rest of the house are newly remodeled and include central heating and central air as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. The room is only $590 per month. It is the biggest room in the house. We pay for the city utilities which include water, sewage, garbage, and recycling. We also pay for renters internet. The tenants are only responsible for sharing electricity and gas which are $85 per month. All common areas are furnished with couches, chairs, tvs, tables, cooking gear, coffee tables, dressers, etc.

It's in downtown American Fork right off of I-15. The location is prime. It is not only at the hub of Utah county, but close to any sort of amenity you could desire! 

We are next door to a Bakery with mouthwatering food, a Good Earth organic store, and two gas stations open 24/7! There are dozens of restaurants within a five-minute walking distance. There is a bus stop across the street from the house that can take you anywhere, and a Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, and Best Buy right down the street. As well as a Vasa and countless other restaurants and amenities. 

Ten minutes from UVU and 10 from silicon slopes/ the outlets and right off the freeway. It is a very prime central location. 

The two guys who live here now are working professionals in their 20's. They are not home often and work different shifts so it will often feel as if you have the house to yourself. The third room in the house, the one that is available currently is the biggest room in the house. The room is private. Only the common areas are shared and they are fully furnished. 

We know that guys have a harder time finding a place so we wanted to fill a gap. The three-room unit is 1500 square feet and all common areas are fully furnished. The other rooms are filled but we still have one room available. 

We're really passionate about this home and are looking for renters who will love it and treat it with the same respect as we are.
