American Fork, UT. Seeking clean, respectful, and professional female roommate.

Monthly rent is $775. Utilities are a flat fee of $50 per month. The room is on the ground floor of
house, private room and private bathroom, walk-in closet, privacy of entire
floor to yourself. Contracts are for one year.  Deposit is
$700 ($600 refundable).

The house is spacious and has an open-concept feel with tall
ceilings and natural light. Shared living areas are furnished,
individual rooms unfurnished. Including you, there will be a total of four
people living here. There are two refrigerators and plenty of pantry space.

I have two adorable and friendly cats. They mostly stay with
