We are a quiet, respectful, working professional couple that rent our home to college female roommates. No smoking, no vaping, no drugs and no animals. We have allergies and my wife has asthma. This is a family home environment in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
For the safety and security of our tenants/roommates, we do a criminal background check as part of the application process and we don't allow visitors or guests inside the residence.
We strive to keep all of our roommates' spaces safe and comfortable without unexpected surprises of seeing unfamiliar people in the house. If you need to have family, friend, or significant other visits, this will not be a good fit.
