Only 2 other roommates in this large luxury end-unit townhouse with plenty of kitchen and storage space. (2400 sf)

Great area, easy 4-min drive to freeway and many restaurants/amenities, easy walk to Frontrunner station and lake.

Rent includes HOA amenities—pickleball courts, pool, basketball court, park, bike paths, and a trail around the nearby lake (most still to be built).

Green/open space surrounding the house, not packed in like many townhomes, plenty of street parking for guests.

$750/month including internet, plus other utilities.

Available any time, ideally by January 1st, really within the next month. 6-month lease preferred, then month to month, but open to discussion if need short term.

If short-term, I have a bed you can borrow.

$750 deposit, $700 refundable.

No smoking, vaping, drugs of any kind, and preferred no alcohol in the house.

No pets or room shares.

The existing two roommates are great. :) Just moved in (bought my first house) and looking for one more for a friendly, clean, considerate, home-like environment.

Just moved in so still furnishing and decorating! Planning to decorate well. The sofa you see is borrowed until the large, extra-deep West Elm sectional I ordered arrives. :) 75' TV, etc, should be great for lounging or hosting, as you will.
