Bedroom is UNFURNISHED. You have access to kitchen, dining, living room and LAUNDRY ROOM!. There's plenty of storage in the kitchen cabinets, huge pantry. Plenty of street parking.

Rent $700 + 50 utilities.
Security Deposit $400.
Lease term: 6 months minimum.
Will consider shorter term with a higher rent amount.
We might consider 2 people for $1195

We are quiet, respectful, and super CLEAN.
No smoking, no vaping, no drugs and no animals are allowed. We do have bad allergies.
This is a very quiet and peaceful home.

For our tenants/roommates safety we do criminal background checks and we don't allow visitors/guests.
If you need to have family, friends, bf or gf visits, we suggest you get your own apartment or rent an entire house, this will not be a right fit. Airbnbs are also great options.
We strive in keeping our roommates' spaces safe and comfortable without unexpected surprises of seeing unfamiliar faces in and out in the house from people they don't know.
