We welcome pets at our apartment complex, subject to the following rules and regulations: Pet fee: A deposit of $300 and a monthly fee of $50 per pet will be charged (with a max of 2) to all residents who keep pets in their apartments. This deposit is non-refundable. Pet restrictions: Only cats and dogs are allowed as pets. We do not allow any other types of pets, such as birds, reptiles, or rodents. Pet size and weight: We do not have any restrictions on the size or weight of your pets, but we reserve the right to prohibit any pets that we deem to be a threat to the health, safety, or well-being of our residents. Pet behavior: All pets must be well-behaved and not pose a threat or nuisance to other residents. Pets must be leashed and under the control of their owners when outside of their apartments. Any damage caused by pets to the apartment or common areas will be the responsibility of the pet owner. Vaccinations and licensing: All pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations and licensed in accordance with local laws and regulations. Pet owners’ responsibility: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste in designated receptacles. Failure to do so may result in a fine or other penalties.
