Townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths total. There are 3 current tenants- one M/F couple that shares the main bedroom suite and one male in a private bedroom. We don’t care what your gender is, but you should be comfortable sharing the bathroom with the male tenant.  There is also a cat tenant. 

Furnished with bed and dresser or bring your own furniture.

Washer/dryer and dishwasher on site. Extra freezer in garage.

All utilities and internet are included. 

Small fenced grass backyard.

2 parking spots in front of townhouse, and ample street parking. Garage can be used for storage. 

We create good roommate situations for our tenants, not just fill spaces. Application process will include a questionnaire and possibly a Zoom interview with the other tenants. 

The other tenants are accepting, inclusive, quiet, and friendly but generally keep to themselves. This is a good house for introverts. 

**This house already has a cat tenant. Other pets are not possible. Cali the Cat loves humans, is fabulous, but is a diva and doesn’t live well with other animals. As in, she attacks them. So. No other pets.
