It is in the Lakepoint Village HOA. The HOA mows, fertilizes, cuts, and trims the grass so there is no yard work (Yea!).    The flower beds are the tenant's responsibility.  The HOA fee is included in the rent.  The HOA has some walking paths through the neighborhood.  There are other community walking paths nearby.  See Map picture.

It is very close to both West Point Elementary, Lakeside elementary, and West Point Jr high. (1/3 mile or less). Close to shopping (1-2 miles) and Hill Air Force Base 3.2 miles.

The move in costs are first and deposit (OAC). West Point City requires the city bill (Water, sewer, trash) must come to the property owner. We bill you.  The average cost will be calculated and you will just add that to your rent.  You will contact the electric and gas companies and they will come directly to you.

We do a background check which includes a court criminal and credit check. We realize that some may not have the best credit.  What we are looking for is that you are current on all your bills.  We look to see if you have a history of late payments. 

We will consider;  For example if there are extenuating circumstances such as divorce or medical issues and your credit was good up until that point and you are staying out of debt/are current since then we would be willing to review your situation.

I have lived in West Point for 28 years it is a great place to live and raise a family. The schools are very good and part of the Davis County school district.
