Bedroom for rent in chill townhouse in a prime location right between Big/Little Cottonwood Canyons off S Wasatch Blvd. The room for rent is approximately 10'x12' with 2 large closets, plenty of room for cloths/storage. Shared bathroom. Great split level layout to the place.
Will consider dog that is well behaved, friendly, laid back, and gets along with other dogs/people. Backyard is tiny, okay for a quick pee but a dog would need daily walks in surrounding neighborhoods or nearby parks.

IDEAL LOCATION in Cottonwood Heights right off of Wasatch in between the two canyons. Less than a mile to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon and 3 miles from the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Great spot for anyone into anything outdoors, Skiing/Snowboarding/Biking/Hiking/Climbing/etc. all close by. 15 Minutes to Snowbird/Alta/Brighton/Solitude ski lifts.

Refundable deposit is $925 (refundable within 30 days of end of occupancy as long as at least 45 day notice is given of ending occupancy on last day of month, all rent and utilities are paid up to date, and room is in same condition as when moved in.
$825 rent (prorated if move in before 1st of next month) + $925 deposit = $1750 gets you moved in with your first month’s rent paid (or partial first month if prorated) and deposit held until end.
