To ensure the well-being of our residents and the preservation of our property, we have implemented a strict non-smoking policy. Please review the following guidelines: 1. **No Smoking Inside the Property:** Smoking, including the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and any other form of smoking, is strictly prohibited inside the rental property. This includes all indoor areas, such as living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. 2. **No Smoking on the Premises:** Smoking is also prohibited in all outdoor areas of the premises, including but not limited to patios, balconies, porches, and yards. We ask that tenants refrain from smoking near open windows and doors to prevent smoke from entering the property. 3. **Designated Smoking Areas:** If tenants or their guests wish to smoke, they must do so in designated smoking areas, which may be located away from the rental property and common areas. Please dispose of all smoking materials properly in designated receptacles. 4. **Responsibility for Damages:** Tenants are responsible for any damages caused by smoking, including but not limited to stains, odors, burns, and fire damage. Any necessary cleaning or repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. 5. **Enforcement of Policy:** Violation of the non-smoking policy may result in fines, lease termination, or other legal action as outlined in the lease agreement. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to enforce the policy and ensure compliance from all tenants and their guests.
