I hope that life is treating you all well! I own a 3,800 square foot home that was built in 2006 sitting on 0.29 acres of land in the Suncrest area in Draper, Utah. If you are not familiar with Suncrest, it is a community that sits between the Draper Corner Canyon area & Alpine/Highland. It is about a 10-15 minute commute to any amenities to both the Draper & Lehi sides off of the mountain. It is a great location to live if you have a job in the Draper or the Lehi areas. My home sits right across the street from the access area to the Eagle Crest Trail system that extends into 50-60 miles of trail access. If you love to hike or mountain bike, it is such a great area to reside!

The home consists of six bedrooms, four bathrooms, & three floors. I will be moving into the basement portion (two of the bedrooms & one bathroom) of my home which I'll have a locked off separation door & will be downstairs the majority of the time. I will be in the kitchen area occasionally to make food & may frequent the common area family rooms on the main floor. So that will leave approximately 2,600 square feet of common area for 3-4 roommates. The main floor consists of the kitchen, two family room areas (one with a gas fireplace), two dining areas, & a half bathroom. There are three regular bedrooms upstairs, a full bathroom, & a master bedroom/master bathroom. I am leaning towards having three roommates. The home sits on a cul de sac road with very little road traffic. The elevation of the home sits at approximately 6,200 feet & has some incredible views of Utah Lake from the family room extending all the way down to the Spanish Fork & Santiquin areas (about 40-50 miles away). Room rent will include one off street parking space in the driveway. I do have a three car garage, but will be keeping that to myself if possible for my personal vehicles. I am looking to get $875-$950 a month per regular bedroom (depending on the room/one individual per room) which will include the monthly utilities. I am asking $1,250 per month for the private master suite bedroom (13'x20.5') & master bathroom. I do have a hot tub at the house that the tenants can use, if everyone stays respectful to the spa equipment & neighbors. There is also a covered 12'x12' deck off of the kitchen dining area that has epic city views! I have personally lived in the home for nearly six years & absolutely love it here!

A little bit about myself. I am a 41 year old male that is recently divorced out of a 15 year relationship. I am a business owner. I do share custody of my five year old daughter with my ex wife, but will have her downstairs in the locked off portioned area the majority of the time Saturday-Tuesday. I also have two French Bulldog's that will be on the main floor occasionally & will stay downstairs at nighttime with me. They are very well behaved & very rarely bark. We have a separate entrance door for the basement, so again we will not be bothering any of the roommates, but wanted to give you full disclosure regarding the situation.

I am just looking to find 3-4 even tempered roommates that share some similar interests & have respect for others as well as my home. I grew up with an LDS background, but do not practice the religion any longer. So I'd say that I'm a God fearing man, but I am not crazy religious. I do not participate in any partying & would prefer to find roommates who aren't crazy and/or wild.
