We are a newly married couple and enjoy our personal space as much as we enjoy our shared time exploring new adventures or simply hanging out at home. If you're someone who cherishes your privacy but also appreciates a friendly community vibe, you'd fit right in! We are driven individuals who believe in becoming the most authentic versions of ourselves and we want to keep our environment as positive and harmonious as possible. We keep the house very clean and we are respectful of each others' personal/work schedules.

Pet Policy:

We welcome small cats and medium-sized dogs at an additional fee of $35/month. Our friendly cat has access to the main and upper levels. The finished basement is off-limits for pets to protect friends/family with allergies. We accept ESAs with proven documentation from licensed professionals at no cost (as long as the pets get along). 

Rent & Deposits:

- The monthly rent is $700

A $350 security deposit is required. We accept couples with rent adjusted to an additional $350 per month.

Contract Terms:

The first month's rent and security deposit are required at lease signing. 

Application Process:

We require a background and credit check which can be done through Rentler or free through a third-party.
