The house has a basement apartment with its own entrance and is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Fenced backyard. Garage and driveway parking available. Shared washer and dryer available in the house. 25 minutes away from Park City and 40 minutes away from Salt Lake City. Must be ok with living with downstairs neighbors. The ideal tenant/s should be quiet, clean, respectful, and considerate.

First month’s rent and security deposit are required upon move in. All utilities included except for Renter’s Insurance. Gas bill is covered up to $100, anything over the amount will be paid for by the tenant/s.
