We have implemented the following policy to guarantee a refundable deposit if the apartment is returned in its original condition at the end of the contract: - A security deposit of $2,300 is required upon move-in. - The security deposit will be held in escrow throughout the duration of the lease term. - Upon the expiration of the lease agreement, a move-out inspection will be conducted to assess the condition of the apartment. - If the apartment is returned in the original condition, normal wear and tear excepted, the security deposit will be refunded in full. - Any damages or excessive wear beyond normal use will be deducted from the security deposit for repair or replacement costs. - A detailed itemized list of any deductions from the security deposit will be provided to the tenant.
