I am looking for a clean, upstanding individual who has good morals and a high standard of living.  I have 2 separate large rooms available for rent. The first room measures 12.5 ft x 11.5 ft. It has a closet with a sliding door that runs the length of the room, along with a window that overlooks the backyard. The second room is larger measuring 12.5 ft x 15 ft, along with a walk-in closet. There is also a large window that faces the west mountains and overlooks the backyard. There is a separate bathroom that will be shared between both rooms. 

Monthly rent for the smaller room is $849. Monthly rent for the larger room is $949. Monthly utilities will be $150 and $250, respectively.  

The house includes a back patio and gazebo with a fire pit and grill. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood with several green pastures, hiking trails and parks within walking distance. Mountain View Village shopping center is also only a short drive away.

No smoking, alcohol, or drugs of any kind are permitted. No pets, please.  Again, clean standards are a must!
