About Me & the Rental: I am a young, fit and educated male who works in the tech industry and is avid in the outdoors. I have previously rented out the guest bedroom for several years now, to both male and female tenants. I currently have preference for a male tenant. 

I require my tenants to have a consistent job and source of income and a stable quality of life in order to rent from me.  You must be clean, professional, drug-free, and trustable. Drinking is not an issue as long as you are responsible and in control.

 I like to think of my house as a 'stepping stone' place to rent for my tenants, of whom have been nurses,  grad students, interns, return LDS missionaries, military personnel, new college grads, and new hire tech workers. I have several contacts for references of both current and previous tenants, if requested.
