• Private Room: Spacious, well-lit room perfect for one person.
• Shared Bathroom: Shared with one other tenant.
• Shared Living Spaces: Includes the kitchen, dining area, and a second living room primarily for the tenants to use.
• Pets in the Home: Three friendly dogs live here, so being comfortable around dogs is a must! No additional pets are allowed. Please note: the dogs do bark at times, making this home less suitable for someone needing a quiet space to work from home. And the owner often fosters and those are always unknown in their behavior. While we do our best to have well-mannered dogs, they are still animals.
• Parking: On-street parking available.
• Non-Smoking: No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property.
