To live at our Kaysville apartment, pets must be: -Free of any communicable infections or any parasites such as fleas -Clean and well groomed -House-trained -Obedient, well-socialized and with no history of biting, excessive barking, chasing or aggressive behavior Pet owners must agree to: -Be 100% responsible for their pet’s behavior, well-being and hygiene at all times -Manage their rental unit to ensure it is “pet-proofed” and safe for their pet -Clean up after their pet immediately any time an accident occurs -Ensure their pet is not left unattended for extended periods of time that cause the pet to become stressed and act out -Maintain renters insurance that covers dog bites and has no restrictions (e.g. breed restrictions) that the pet does not meet B-e legally and financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet
