There are two girls in their mid 20’s that live here. Prefer another female and for future roomie to be clean (follows the no trace left behind rule),tidy and pays rent & utilities on time.

Pets- There is one military trained dog that stays with her owner at all times. The other Roomate has a cat that tends to stay in her room. Would consider another small pet. 

One person per room. Total of 3 rooms meaning a total of 3 live in the house.
