There are two girls in their mid 20’s that live here. Prefer the same and for future roomie to be clean (follows the no trace left behind rule),tidy and pays rent & utilities on time.

No more pets- There is 1 cat and one 6 lbs hypoallergenic goldendoodle that lives there but aren't allowed to leave the bedroom of owner or is ever in the common shared.

One person per room. Total of 3 rooms meaning a total of 3 will live here.
