Male household. Looking for tidy, respectful housemate, willing to share in keeping things clean in the common areas. In addition, landlord pays for extra, professional cleaning a couple times / year. No smoking or pets.

Monthly utility fee includes fast internet and covers ALL utilities. The swimming pool is across the street and open in Spring. Parking is either on the shared driveway or in the community guest parking across the street.
