The rent is $2500 a month with a 12-month lease.  We also offer a 24-month lease at $2450 a month.

A security deposit equal to a month's rent will be required.  $800 of the deposit will be non-refundable.  The remainder will be refundable based on the condition of the home at the time of moving out.

There is no HOA.  Gas is through Dominion Energy, other utilities through Lehi City. Internet, TV, and phone are optional.  All utilities to be paid by tenant.
