Private room in new home

Brand new never lived in room for rent in a single family home in west Lehi. LDS standards. Surrounded by public parks on two sides, with pickleball courts and the Jordan river right across the street. Beautiful views in every direction. Home is fully furnished except the bedroom. All dishes, electronics, etc., are communal and available for use. We have Gigabit internet, brand new appliances (including washer and dryer), lots of parking, trails and more parks along the river, and we've got a really nice community clubhouse, pool, and ropes course that are free to use.

Bedroom furnishing can be arranged if needed. The room has a large closet, and is big enough for a queen bed, desk, and dresser. Lots of extra storage space in the basement. Bathroom is shared but is very large and also has lots of storage space. There are other bathrooms in the home too so you won't ever be caught lacking in a time of need. 3 miles from I-15, less than 2 miles from Walmart, Costco, and Vasa. You'd be joining me (the owner), and two other roommates, all professionals in mid to late 20s. We're all very clean and friendly, and we have a great YSA ward if you're into that.
