Rent includes internet, Netflix, and cleaning supplies. Rent DOES NOT include utilities and they will be split between everyone every month.

You will be sharing the kitchen, living room, and laundry room with 3 other roommates. 1 roommate lives in the other side of the basement and they will be using the laundry room and the dishwasher. Super close to the freeway, Traverse Mountain, and a ton of companies and restaurants.

Requirements:

- Must be able to pass credit and background check
- Must be able to show 6 months of paystubs
- No evictions, collections, or bankruptcy
- Be organized, clean, chill, open minded. We don't care what you religion is or who you love.
- There is a cleaning schedule for all roommates and must be willing to follow the schedule
- Working professionals preferred
- Renters insurance required
- No pets allowed / no exceptions
