We are renting our house out for an 18 mo period starting on February 1, 2025-Aug 1, 2026. Our house is a ranch style with a walk out basement. We have a two car garage available. We will be leaving one of our cars in the 3rd bay with some other things. The garage is oversized and there is plenty of storage if needed. Our home is located within 20 min of BYU and 10 minutes of WalMart and other shopping. The freeway is 15 min away. Our lot backs up to the Murdock Canal path for easy accessibility to biking, running and walking. We live on a safe cul-de-sac with wonderful neighbors. We are willing to rent the house semi furnished with all beds, dressers etc or completely unfurnished if you desire. The rental price includes all utilities which we will keep in our name--except for cable/satellite.
