At the time of application, a non-refundable application fee of $45.00 will apply, and a lease initiation fee of $349.00 is due at the time of applying, if you are not approved the $349.00 will be refunded. The total monthly rent of $1,450 includes base rent of $1,325, internet service at $85.00, parking at $20.00, and tax at $6.00. Renters insurance is required; we offer this for $14.00 per month. If you provide your own renters insurance, you will not be billed for this charge.
