Quiet private bedroom for responsible male

Two single, private bedrooms with shared bath will be available, one Nov. 16th and the other Dec. 15th, 2024.  One was originally the library/study and is lined with bookshelves and has plenty of built-in cupboards, shelves, drawers, a closet and lots of built-in desk space with a window that looks out into the woods. It is especially quiet.  The other single, private room was originally a dining room with a beautiful vaulted beam and tongue and groove ceiling, a large southern exposure sliding glass door that opens on to the balcony which overlooks the river with mountain views. It is great for all the sunlight and is the largest room but it is next to the kitchen so kitchen noise could be a problem at times.  The bedrooms can be unfurnished or furnished with a basic mattress, desk and chair at no additional cost.

The house is a unique home (a bit of a  project) located on a beautifully wooded property along the river in the Island area of Logan.  It has plenty of quiet shared space, free off-street assigned parking or garage parking for $15/mo.  Free laundry room. It's a scenic 10-12 minute hike up the trail to USU.   This is an academic and professional household - quiet, healthy, productive, studious, professional, friendly atmosphere maintained. Grad students are definitely preferred, but mature undergrads or faculty are welcome too and possibly working professionals.  Gay friendly - adult Gay male owner/resident.  Tons  of permaculture/organic garden space  - Ag/horticulture students especially welcome!  Absolutely no users of tobacco, drugs or marijuana in any form. No smoking/vaping of any kind, no partying, slackers, hookups or random guests and this cannot be a second home or hangout for your friends or significant other. Guests are discouraged to maintain quiet for studying, sleep and rejuvenation. If you want a place to hang with your friends, you will have to do it elsewhere.  Noisy and profane online gaming is not allowed. If you're a or drug/marijuana user or serious gamer please do not apply. Headphones are expected to be worn while listening to music, movies etc.  In other words, overall good, motivated, productive, proactive guys only who are actively working on your education or career.  Sorry, no pets.
