Private Male Bedroom / Full Bath / Living Area

I am looking for someone to fill an extra room in my house. It's a bedroom, private full bathroom, and private living area. The kitchen and laundry are shared. You will be sharing the house with myself and my two cats. I'd prefer a Male in their 20s - mid 30's, but I'm not picky!

Rent is $750 ($650 rent + flat $100 utilities. This is assuming you’re using reasonable amounts of electricity/water/etc). $750 security deposit, fully refundable.

The photos do not have furniture, but I have some that I can add to the living room, or you're welcome to bring your own. The room isn't huge, but the private living room definitely makes up for it!

Laundry is downstairs close to your area. Full kitchen upstairs - stove, dishwasher, shared fridge, and I have everything needed to cook. Central A/C and heating. Fiber internet, 500Mb/s. Street parking, and occasionally the driveway if need be.

6 or 12 month contracts preferred. I can do month to month, but the cost will be higher than a contract. First month's rent (can be prorated) and security deposit required before move-in.

Background check required for my own safety, but I don't care too much as long as you can pay your rent. No pets, I already have two cats. No families, couples, etc. If you want to have someone come and stay over occasionally that's cool. As long as you're fairly clean and nice we'll likely get along well, I'm not strict at all!
