Private room with private bath available for rent in 3 bed 2.5 bath Midvale townhome, available November 1st. Looking for a young working professional in their 20's-30's. Someone who is responsible, respectful, friendly, laid-back and cleans up after themselves. No drugs or smoking/vaping. Alcohol is allowed, but no big parties. LGBTQ+ friendly. There are 2 friendly 40 lb aussiedoodles and no more pets allowed per HOA restriction.

Rent is $975/mo with $975 security deposit ($700 refundable). First month's rent + security deposit due at move in. Security deposit cannot be used towards last month's rent. Background/credit check and proof of income required before move in. Renter's insurance is required. Initial lease is for a minimum of 6 months, then extends to a month-to-month contract. 45 days notice required to terminate contract after it becomes a month-to-month contract.

HOA handles snow removal and landscaping. HOA fees are included in rent. Utilities will be split between tenants (gas, power, sewer, water, garbage, internet). Plenty of natural lighting in the home, especially in bedrooms. Private bedroom is on 2nd floor with private bathroom in the hallway. Bedroom is unfurnished, common areas are furnished. Master bedroom is occupied by home owner/landlord, who will be your roommate. Washer/dryer in unit. Plenty of storage space in basement. Tons of visitor parking.

About roommate: I'm a male, late 20's. Work as an engineer in SLC. I like to keep the place really clean and organized. I’m friendly, laid back and love to have conversations, but will respect your privacy. I like to work out, play games online and occasionally go out to the bars with my friends. My girlfriend lives with me. I'm not LDS, but it's okay if you are, as long as you respect my lifestyle.
