Help build co-op living space

I am looking for living partners to create a co-op living space in my home. The space is called “A Spot of Sunshine.” I’m looking for a couple of people who would like to share living space, housework, cooking, and community values. I have a garden, space for expansion, and hopefully one day chickens. I would like to implement egalitarian principles. There is a power differential because it’s my house but I’m looking for people who can help actively create equality within the structure. My home’s values include peace, food production, environmental conservation, art, accountability, responsible or no substance use, kind and direct communication, no extremism, and a dedication to personal growth. 

Your portion of rent is $441 (large room) or $341 (small room). 

Utilities split each month between 3 is approximately $114. 

$150 towards house projects that can be worked off hourly at $25 an hour - negotiation for special projects. Projects that increase property value, to cover expenses. Like carpet, hot water heater, painting. Desired 2 hours of yard work a month. 

Large room $705 or small room $605

1 year commitment 

4 to 6 hours a month at the minimum

Cook 1 - 2 dinner a week 

Help build phase 1 to create co-op

Deposit - 1 month of rent

There is a 1 & 3/4 bathroom. 2 kitchens, laundry, fiber internet, outdoor patio, vegetable garden, dishwashers, outdoor fire pit.
