Two other rooms are $525 or $550 depending on the room chosen (both with street parking). Tenants share equal cost for the gas, water and electric utilities. Looking for a clean and rational individual to assist in keeping the place presentable, able to get along with others and be responsible for their assigned group tasks. FICO score at least 700. First and Last month's rent required along with $500 security deposit. Sec deposit refundable up to $400 (minus utilities, damages & if room left in good condition & carpet shampooed). Background&Credit checks required. Walk-through required at beginning & end of lease along with periodic room checks.
