We love our fur babies. Any damages done by animals will be required to by tenant to repair damages. This includes any holes dug in the grass, wall damage, carpet stains/urine, and fencing from the animals will be expected to be fixed by the tenant. *** We do have renters in the basement and if we receive any complaints of dog having a barking issue, we will require a bark collar or the dog be removed from the premises.

Fully refundable at the end of the lease unless there is damage done by tenant or tenants pet. We will have a contractor/repair man to come with a bid to repair damages done by tenant and the repair cost will be paid with the deposit. Upon move out, rental must be deep cleaned (list will be given) and landlord will inspect. If the rental has not be cleaned to the standards given, the landlord will hire cleaners, and the landlord will deduct the cleaning fee from the deposit.
