Female Shared Bedroom.

I’m selling my lease at Village on the Parkway. This is a female shared bedroom, rent is $399, utilities, liability, and parking are separate (I typically pay under $500 a month after everything). I’m looking to move fairly quickly since I’m transferring schools. February is paid for and I am willing to cover March, the application fee, and the $450 deposit fee. The roommates have always been clean, considerate, and very easy to live with. Wi-Fi and internet are included in the rent. This is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom, apartment with a spacious living room and kitchen. There is a lot of counter space and storage.

The Parkway offers perks such as an indoor pool, on-site laundry, good public transportation, and a free shuttle. It’s next door to UVU and a short drive from BYU. There are also volleyball and basketball courts, firepits, and places to hang up hammocks. 

Overall, this has been a great place to live, I’ve really enjoyed my time here, and I’m sad to be leaving. Would love to speak with anyone interested and provide any more necessary details and show you around.
