We have a large, private room for rent in a 4 room, 3 bath co-ed condo. It is a private bedroom with a shared bathroom, and is on the 1st floor. Very well-kept rooms and living space, with new carpet, windows, flooring, appliances, a balcony, and tons of space. In-unit washer and dryer, and dedicated parking spaces right next to the apartment. This is a very nice, spacious place to live at a very affordable price!

First and Last month's rent due at signing 

Security Deposit - $375 per room ($325 returnable at move out) 

Application fee - $45 through Rentler (contact us for more info) 

Includes a background check, and credit score check, and is required upon applying 

Renters are responsible for utilities. They are split between the 4 tenants equally. They average to be about $80 a month per person. Utilities include: internet, gas, electric, water, sewage, garbage, and recycling. 

HOA fees are covered by the landlord. This includes snow removal, and grounds keeping. We have a community picnic area, with a gazebo and playground. This is a very quiet, and friendly place to live, with great neighbors, and a peaceful environment. 

This is a co-ed apartment, with both female and male roommates, each with their own private rooms. There are also some super cute kitties currently living in the unit, who have access to the community living spaces. (We are at the pet limit. As such, we cannot let any more fur babies into the apartment. Sorry!) 

Bedrooms are all very spacious, and are unfurnished. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and recently installed carpet. All bathrooms include a tub and shower. 

There is a nice community living space with a fully furnished kitchen and living room. The living room also has a ceiling fan, and the kitchen and living room have recently installed laminate flooring. 

We have an in-unit washer and dryer, and a balcony off the kitchen with a nice view of the mountains. All the windows in the house are new, and appliances are in great condition, with a new fridge/freezer, water heater, water softener, and heater/air conditioning unit. 

Parking includes a dedicated spot right in front of the apartment. There are also tons of parking spots along the street right next to the complex, for tenants, and visitors, and many dedicated visitor parking spots within the complex. 

The complex is in a nice quiet community, and yet is in close proximity to many businesses and facilities, being right off State Street in Orem. We are a short 11 min drive from UVU, and 16 min drive to BYU. There is also a UTA bus stop right outside the complex on State Street, where the 850 passes, and the 862 bus runs close by along 1600 N.
