We are accepting applications from anyone but we would like to see if it might be helpful to an individual or a couple with home maintenance and homemaking skills interested in providing up to 5 hours a week in onsite work in exchange for $20/hour rental credit. We are also very interested in "renting it back" during Christmas break as well if that is of interest. That arrangement has really been a help to both our renters and our own family when my parents come in from out of town.
