Rent is $1400 with NO pets and $1450 WITH pets. Deposit will be equal to one months rent. Half the deposit is refundable. If you have pets, there will be an additional $500 pet deposit that is non refundable. 

Utilities will be divided 60/40, upstairs tenants pay 60% and basement tenants pay 40%. Utilities are power, energy, water. You are responsible for your own internet as well. 

An application fee is required to run a standard background check and credit report. EACH ADULT that will be living on the premises is required to pay for an application.
