The kitchen, dining room and living room, located on the main floor, are fully furnished and shared among all residents. 

The property includes a fenced backyard, with both driveway and street parking, situated on a quiet street.

There are 4 well trained dogs in the home. You will never be asked to help with any of them and we are able to crate them if needed. 2 small dogs. 1 medium dog and 1 medium large dog.

The lease is for a six-month contract, transitioning to month-to-month thereafter. A 30-day notice is required before moving out.
