Additionally, there is a second fully furnished living room on the main level that is also shared with all residents.

The property includes a fenced backyard, with both driveway and street parking available, situated on a quiet street.

Location: Situated off 800 N in Orem, the property is conveniently close to a variety of shopping and dining options, with direct freeway access. All windows have been replaced and updated, and the carpet was newly installed last year. The space will be deep cleaned prior to move-in.

Financial Details:

• Security Deposit: $650 ($250 non-refundable)
• Pet Fee: $25-$50, negotiable based on dog’s training
