The rent includes internet and all utilities! Take the stress out of renting with one payment each month and no hidden fees. You can also save lots of money by using the garden boxes to grow your own food, so better get the winter planting in soon for a good first crop! The trees are fruit bearing, so enjoy pears, apples, cherries, and more! The garden boxes, trees, and lawn are all on a sprinkler system, making watering easy. The lawn is also mowed and trimmed every two weeks at no additional cost! Tenants are responsible for snow removal. The back patio is completely covered, and the backyard is xeriscaped with rubber chips for safety around the swing set. The lights in each of the rooms has a fan, bluetooth speaker, and color changing lights to enliven anything you want to do. One room has a king bed and dressers, and the other two bedrooms each have queen sized beds with a desk for working and bookshelf (including some books to read!).
