This is a Studio apartment located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. The complex is called The Lodge at the Mountain Village. Fabulous access to the base and mt biking at Park City Mountain Resort, as well as year-round access to a heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness. 

Walk to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, the ice rink next door, and bars. You also have free public transportation that will get you around town very easily. Rental shops next door.

This is a very small studio apartment. It's only approximately 355 sq ft. Please see the photos, floorplan, and tour to make sure it fits your needs. Note when beds are down, you don't have much room this is why it has a Murphy bed you can push up out of your way during the day.

Building Rules:
No loud music that would disturb other guests. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
No storage of anything in the hallways is allowed. It is mandatory that guests properly dispose of their trash in the dumpster areas or in the trash chutes. There are two garbage dumpster areas; at the entrance to the A building P-1 parking garage, and behind the Arrival/Departure lounge in B building. No trash from owners, guests, or housekeepers may be left in the hallways. All trash must be disposed of in the dumpsters or the trash chutes located by the elevators in B Building. Violators will be charged $500.00 to remove the trash.
