Our fully-furnished, updated, two bedroom, two bathroom condo has been a top Airbnb rental for the past three years. With this worldwide pandemic, we would like to slow down our foot traffic for a few months and offer it as a longer-term rental. Unit available mid-April 2025 until December 1, 2025.   Nestled just steps away from the Park City Mountain Resort with world class mountain biking and trails, a 10 minute walk to historic Main Street, and on a free city-wide bus shuttle, this condo is in the heart of Park City.  The condo includes a full kitchen with a range, oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, a dining area that seats six, master bedroom with full master bathroom, a second bedroom, and second bathroom. Two parking spots available (one covered parking on a daily first come first serve basis).  Amenities include a shared swimming pool and hot tub (open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day), and a sauna. Washer and dryer are not in the unit, but there are  coin-operated washer and dryers in the condo building. Portable air conditioning unit available as needed. Utilities include water, electric, gas, wifi, cable, Netflix and Hulu. Unit is fully furnished, however, bedroom and bathroom linens will not be provided.
