There is a $42 benefit package charged each month that covers liability insurance, access to the portal and 24 hour emergency maintenance.

Pet Policy: A single pet will be considered. Type, size, breed and other factors will be evaluated. There will be a $50 application fee, $300 deposit, and an additional $50 per month.
