NO SMOKING POLICY: To ensure a healthy and clean living environment, the following No Smoking Policy applies to the rental of our basement apartment: No Smoking Indoors: Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping, and any other tobacco or nicotine products, is strictly prohibited inside the basement apartment. No Smoking Near the Property: Smoking is not permitted within 50 feet of the entrance, windows, or any part of the property, including the private entrance and surrounding areas. No Illegal Substances: The use of illegal substances, including but not limited to marijuana, is strictly prohibited on the premises. Enforcement: Violations of this policy may result in fines and/or termination of the rental agreement. This policy is in place to maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all occupants.
