1000 sqft Basement for Rent

Looking to rent my basement out to a female roommate. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a massive great room and storage under the stairs. All utilities and high speed fiber internet are included. You’ll have a designated parking spot on the side of the house. 

There isn’t a kitchen or separate entrance, you’ll be welcome to share the main floor of the house with me. Main floor is open concept kitchen, living room, and dinning room. Backyard is a nice hangout spot, it’s fully fenced and has hammock, garden lights, and veggie garden in the summer.

Neighbor is quiet and very safe. Finding the right fit is very important to me. Planning on just offering month to month lease.  I’m in my early 30s and have 3 dogs! Unfortunately can’t have anymore animals due to city limits. My dogs are my whole world so if you want to live with me you should love dogs!  I work full time and love the outdoors. I’m quiet, go to bed early, and keep a clean home. Could be cool to cook dinner together and go on hikes. But if you want to keep to yourself that’s fine too. No smoking or drugs but some drinking is ok. (I’m a glass of wine on the patio type person, not a party person). Reach out and let’s see if sharing a home together could be a good fit.
