Female applicants only. Private room available for rent - $600/month. Shared room available for rent - $450/month (includes ALL utilities)! Shared bathroom, kitchen, living area, and laundry. Computer desks/nightstands and curtains will also be provided for each room (not pictured).

Will room with 3 other girls. Completely separate from upstairs - our family lives upstairs. We can work out a shared patio situation if requested.

Radon & mold have been professionally remediated. Parking available for 1 vehicle per tenant.

$450 deposit required ($600 for private room). No smoking or animals or any kind. No candles or continuous room scent products. No exceptions. We have a shared HVAC system and your upstairs neighbors have allergies!
